Stoelt Productions was tasked with bringing the project from concept to completion within an exceptionally compressed 40-day production schedule. The undertaking required the coordination of creative development, industrial design, engineering, custom fabrication, logistics, transportation, site planning, installation, and live-event production across multiple cities.

The table was designed as a modular system and fabricated in Dallas, where hundreds of individual components were produced, assembled, tested, finished, branded, and prepared for transport. Every section had to align precisely with the next while maintaining the structural integrity, consistent playing surface, and functionality required for the table to operate as one continuous experience.

Following fabrication, the complete build was carefully packed and transported from Texas to New York. Once onsite at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Stoelt Productions team worked through an intensive installation process to unload, position, connect, level, and finish each section of the table. The scale of the structure demanded meticulous coordination between fabricators, production crews, logistics partners, technical teams, and event stakeholders.

The result was more than a large-scale fabrication. It was an immersive, participatory centerpiece that brought hundreds of guests together around a shared game and translated the spirit of Teremana into a memorable physical experience.
