adidas x Foot Locker “Level Up Your Game” Pop-Up Arcade Experience
In the name of sneaker culture, Foot Locker and adidas teamed up with rapper Lil Tecca to host the “Level Up Your Game” Pop-Up Arcade Experience in SoHo, New York. The event transformed an empty retail space into a nostalgic, high-energy arcade, immersing fans in Lil Tecca’s world for a day of gaming, style, and entertainment. The arcade was complete with an air hockey table, a dual racing game, NBA Showtime, and a claw machine with iridescent prize capsules, all wrapped in custom branding. The pop-up also featured a VR try-on station for adidas Originals and a Style Bar retail zone complete with live DJs and laser-engraved sneaker customization.
Stoelt Productions delivered full-production, building out a custom sneaker wall lit with Astera AX1 LED tubes, an integrated DJ booth and retail counter with rotating shoe displays, and a suspended overhead grid with additional Astera tubes to energize the arcade aesthetic. Guests engaged with a multi-screen video wall, explored streetwear drops, and battled Lil Tecca himself in arcade face-offs. The experience fused sneaker culture and gaming in an iconic way, showcasing adidas Originals through bold production design and impactful cultural touchpoints.
