Coming out of the pandemic, Byrdie brought its vibrant online community to life with the return of the Byrdie Beauty & Style Lab, a two-day extravaganza held at Chelsea Industrial in New York City. Combining the best of beauty, fashion, and experiential design, this hybrid event transformed over 22,000 square feet into a dynamic playground for beauty lovers. From a dazzling 30-foot floral runway at the VIP Style Lab to hands-on experiences such as candle pouring and mini facials at the Beauty Lab, every detail was combined to celebrate creativity, connection, and self-expression.
The Byrdie Beauty & Style Lab kicked off with the Style Lab, an exclusive VIP cocktail party featuring a breathtaking 30-foot floral runway adorned with vibrant fall hues. Guests mingled while exploring curated editor closets filled with fashion-forward picks and engaging with interactive brand activations by Lonely Ghost and Rellery Jewelry, creating an elegant and stylish evening to remember.
Day two transformed into the Beauty Lab, a public event offering 12 experiential stations, including press-on nails, candle pouring, and mini facials, delighting attendees with hands-on beauty and wellness experiences. Complementing the in-person festivities, five live-streamed panel discussions with industry leaders brought hybrid programming to life, expanding the event’s reach and setting a new standard for merging beauty, fashion, and community.
